The web design process started with a pre-study where we work with our clients to define the purpose and goals of the project. Through workshops and user interviews, we made a specific user journey for each customer segment, from new customers to government officials and individuals looking for jobs as translators or interpreters.

After gathering valuable insights, I moved on to creating wireframes.

The wireframes were developed in consultation with both developers and stakeholders to ensure that all needs and requirements were considered.

In the final step, I took the insights gained from the pre-study and wireframes phase and translated them into concrete design proposals for the home page and subpages of the website. My goal was to create a design that is both user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

In 2023, I did a thorogh job of modernizing the visual expression of Avantime's website.

The task was to reflect an updated mission and vision for the organization and develop an aesthetic that aims to communicate the agency's technical expertise combined with creative thinking.
